These owl bloomers are the perfect compliment to one of our owl birthday tops! The lavender & lime ribbons coordinate with the fabric on the lavender & lime shirt. If you are ordering another one of the birthday tees, don't worry: I have ribbon to coordinate with those too! This pair is embroidered with the phrase "one's a hoot," but you could add a name instead. Our adorable baby bloomers are made of 65% polyester, 35% cotton batiste and have embroidered eyelet trim at the leg opening. Soft waist elastic and bias cut seat.
