Shop Policies

Payment

We only accept Paypal at this time.  You can, however, pay with Paypal with or without a Paypal account.  When paying with an echeck through Paypal, there is a 4-5 day hold before money gets deposited into our account.  As soon as the deposit is made, your order will be placed in our queue.

Shipping

All orders are shipped with the USPS - either First Class or Priority Mail. All orders in the US will have delivery confirmation added automatically for no additional cost. An email will be automatically generated by Paypal when you're package is ready for shipment.  All tracking information that you need to locate your package while in transit is included in this email.

Please be sure that both your shipping address on your order form AND the shipping address on Paypal match.  We ship through Paypal and it will delay your order if the information does not match.

Shipping insurance is not required, but is recommended as we cannot be responsible for items after we drop them off at the post office. I highly suggest this for large orders! For only $2.00 per order, I can add insurance to your order.  Although extremely rare, your package may be damaged or misplaced by the shipper.

We currently only ship to the US. For orders outside of the US, please contact us first to confirm shipping rates.

 Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our business, we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges on personalized items unless the error is ours.    When placing your custom order please be very specific and ask questions if you have any!  We will use our creative discretion if information is lacking (colors, fonts, threads, etc), although I will make an effort to contact you. Spelling and monogramming instructions must be provided by you.  Please proofread it carefully! If you notice a mistake on your order or have any questions about it, please contact us as soon as possible at info@bananabearboutique.com.  Once the design process is started, details cannot be changed.

If you do find that you made a mistake in sizing, spelling, colors, etc, we are more than happy to remake the item for you at a discount.  Please contact us for information.

Fabric, Thread, and Ribbon

Every attempt is made to use the exact fabrics, threads, and ribbons as shown in our samples, but if there is an issue with availability, we may use a similar substitute.

Please note that fabric pattern placement will vary from item to item; however, the overall look of the item will be the same.

Product Warning

Some of our items include embellishments such as ribbons, tags, or other small parts attached to them and are not intended to be placed in the mouth or used as a toy. Small children should not be left alone while these products are in use.

Banana Bear Boutique is not responsible for damage of its products, including embellishments that may be pulled off and pose a choking hazard.  By purchasing our products, you assume the risk and agree to these terms.
