Production Time
Aside from items in our "Ready to Ship" section, everything is made at the time the order is placed.
Current production time is approximately 14-21 business days plus shipping time. Business days are Monday
through Friday. Saturday, Sunday, postal holidays, and announced
vacation days are not included in that production time.
Before ordering for a specific occasion, please be sure to calculate shipping times. Many items ship prior to the above stated time frame, but do not count on that unless you have discussed that with us first. A $10-15 rush fee can be applied for EACH monogrammed item; however, you still must discuss this with us to ensure we can accommodate you!
